The hostel is located in a great area, easily accessible to transport and events in the DTLA area. The rooms are small but have charming heart decorations. The service was generally helpful and friendly, though there were some instances of rudeness. The dining experience was varied, from decent to disappointing. The hostel offers good value for the money, especially considering its central location.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were quite small but very clean, with great coffee and nice bar/restaurant options. However, the King suite was smaller than expected. The service was top-notch, super friendly and accommodating. The location was really handy, walking distance from the subway and downtown museums, though it's not the most vibrant place. The dining experience left much to be desired with long queues and limited breakfast options.

The hotel has a nice cottage touch in the rooms but they are a bit too dark for my taste. It's in the basement, so it can be quite hard to find. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were awesome with a nice design, plenty of storage, and a clean bathroom. It felt like more than just a hostel with the cozy bunk beds. I was very lucky to have a room at the rear of the hotel. While the room was smaller than expected and quite narrow, it was still comfortable for two of us with our suitcases.
